10. Maintain a healthy balance with technology
Don’t rely exclusively on AI to study or solve problems. Develop your skills without technology as well: traditional reading, mental arithmetic, handwriting, and face-to-face conversations are and will always be essential. And you won’t be able to do any of that if you fall into the laziness of using AI exclusively and not cultivating yourself.

And remember, if you are lazy and you exclusively depend on AI for everything, in the long run you will not be able to do anything without them. You will become a slave to AI. You will not have gained any knowledge and you will become a person who is very easily controlled by others.
